Nikki Osberg started Land of Oz Studios in Tempe, Arizona — though the name isn't just clever branding. Growing up, coaches and teammates shortened Osberg to "Oz," and it stuck. When it came time to name a studio built on turning ordinary into extraordinary, the choice was obvious.

Before Oz, there was the Bay Area — a background in agencies and creative studios, working alongside teams that moved fast and cared about the details. It's where Nikki learned the craft. It's also where she noticed something missing.

Too often, the smallest ideas got the least attention. The quick project, the modest budget, the "it's probably nothing, but—" got pushed to the back of the queue. Land of Oz exists to flip that. Every idea, no matter the size, gets the same care and creative eye.

A little weird, a little glamorous, always intentional — that's the studio, and that's Nikki too.
